MANATEE COUNTY, FL – If you’re looking for something fun to do with the family to celebrate Easter, there are plenty of events planned in Manatee County.

Eggstravaganza Annual Egg Hunt

7500 Island Cove Terrace

Over 10,000 Easter Eggs will be spread across Waterside Park for this Easter Egg Hunt divided by age groups. There will also be opportunities to meet the Easter Bunny and have their face painted.

Stravaganza Foam Easter Eggs

April 9, 10 a.m. to noon

West Bradenton Baptist Church

1305 43rd St W., Bradenton

This free event will also feature inflatable games and an Easter egg hunt.

Family fun fair

April 9, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Risen Saviour, 14605 59th Ave. E., Lakewood Ranch

There will be three Easter egg hunts for different age groups, games with prizes, face painting, a cake walk, inflatable games, a talent show and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Non-perishable food donations will be collected for the Manatee County Food Bank and monetary donations will go to the Risen Savior Academy Pre-School Scholarship Fund.

Mixon Fruit Farms

Meet the Easter Bunny and play all day at the Amazing Play Place, which features a bouncy house, obstacle course, 20-foot inflatable slide, watchtower, sandpit, crafts , music and more. The cost is $8 for children 2 years and older.

Pet Easter Bunny Photo Shoot

April 13, 9 a.m.

Bayside Pet Resort at Lakewood Ranch

15117 Garnet Trail, Bradenton

Sign up your pet for a photo with a very special guest, the Easter Bunny. The cost is $10 and reservations can be made by calling 941-755-3047.

On April 15 and 16, trains depart at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Florida Railroad Museum

12210 East 83rd Street, Parrish

Enjoy a 30-minute train ride to and from the annual Florida Railroad Museum Easter Egg Hunt, which includes games, activities, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

Fiorelli Cellar and Vineyard

April 16, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

4250 Waterbury Road, Bradenton

The free event features 107.9 WSRZ’s David Jones and Meredith Michaels broadcasting live from the cellar, an Easter egg hunt for kids of all ages, a grape shot, craft vendors, live music, games, wine tastings and free spring photo shoots.

April 16, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Honeyside Farms

24105 State Road 62, Paris

The Easter egg hunt begins at 10 a.m. Bring your own containers of eggs and organic products. U-pick products are $2 a pound. A tour of the farm will be conducted at 11 a.m.

April 16, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be over 20 local vendors, a free Easter egg hunt, crafts and games, egg painting and live bunnies. The same benefits the 2nd Chance Ranch.
